Elder Law Issues have become complex and take time and a lot of time and patience. We all need to understand the many rights that Elders have in our society and to do everything possible to protect the rights of Elders. Take the time to spend with your parents and always repsect them. As we all get older, we too will have to experience the issues of Elder Law, including social security, wills and trusts, nursing home abuse and neglect, financial abuse, estate planning, etc..
