Meet Steven C. Peck, ESQ.

Attorney Steven Peck has been practicing law since 1981. A former successful business owner, Mr. Peck initially focused his legal career on business law. Within the first three years, after some colleagues and friend’s parents endured nursing home neglect and elder abuse, he continued his education to begin practicing elder law and nursing home abuse law. This dovetailed into wrongful death and medical malpractice, issues that Mr. Peck saw first hand over the course of 5-years. Outraged by such systemic neglect, he zealously pursued these cases to ensure that his clients had the best legal representation.

For over 45 years, his dedication has been unyielding and his approach to client representation and care is deeply respected by his colleagues and clients alike. Steven Peck has extensive trial experience and has recovered millions of dollars in damages for clients in lawsuits. Steven is proactive and goal oriented. He’s communicative and works closely with his clients to ensure they understand the scope of the situation in its entirety. Mr. Peck earned his J.D. at the University of West Los Angeles. He also received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in management and marketing from The Ohio University.
