Meet Adam J. Peck, ESQ.
Adam J. Peck is a principal with Peck Law Group, APC. His practice is primarily dedicated to representing Elders, Dependent Adults, along with their loved ones and family members, who have suffered horrific personal injuries such as Bed Sores, Dehydration, Malnutrition, Sexual Harassment, Numerous Falls, including wrongful death ,due to Elder Abuse and Neglect especially against Nursing Homes, Skilled Nursing Facilities, and Assisted Living Facilities.
Mr. Peck is am outstanding civil litigator, completely understands the many sophisticated issues that concern representing Elders and Dependent Adults, and their families against the large corporations and insurance companies that control the multi-billion dollar Nursing Home and Assisted Living industry in the State of California.
Mr. Peck is deeply passionate about elder abuse law. He believes that all too often seniors are victimized and taken advantage of. As a result, part of his mission as an attorney is to prevent that from happening and, or stop it from continuing. Working with families to ensure their elder loved ones are represented zealously is of the utmost importance to Mr. Peck.
Adam Peck. graduated from California State University at Northridge in 2004 with a BA in Political Science. In 2008, Mr. Adam Peck received his Juris Doctorate from Whittier Law School where he graduated Cum Laude. Mr. Peck then decided to pursue an LLM in Taxation at Loyola Law School with an Emphasis on International Tax, which he gained with distinction in 2009.
