Three Types of Personal Injuries

Elder neglect can occur when a person that should know better neglects to provide the elderly individual with necessities such as food, water, shelter, medicine, and proper hygiene.

Nursing Home Abuse & Neglect – Unfortunately nursing home abuse and neglect is running rampant throughout the United States. Due to clauses in nursing home agreements it is also many times difficult to go after those responsible. Nursing home abuse and neglect is similar in fashion to elder abuse except it happens at a long term care facility.
