Damaged pavement, such as cracks, holes, and trenches
Damaged carpets or faulty mats
Products or objects that create a tripping hazard

Not all slip and falls are the fault of the business. Sometimes due to our own carelessness we may not see a sign or warning and continue on anyway. Well, the owner of the business and its employees must have caused the hazardous conditions or should have known but did nothing about it.
